1. These terms
These Terms & Conditions cover your use of the Silica24 website at silica24.com and every game available through it (the "Service"). "We", "us" and "our" refer to Silica24. By using the Service you accept these Terms; if you don't, please stop using it.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play page also form part of these Terms.
2. Who may play
- You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom.
- You must not use the Service where doing so would break a law that applies to you.
- We may ask you to confirm your age or where you live, and we may suspend or close accounts that don't meet these rules.
3. Free entertainment only
The 31 games in our collection are hosted on this website and shown inside our game pages. Every game can be played without an account. Coins, the daily top-up, levels and the recently played list need a free account.
4. Accounts
- One account per person. Keep your details accurate and up to date.
- You can sign up with email and password, or with Google. Keep your password to yourself and don't let others use your account.
- If you think someone has got into your account, tell us straight away using the contact form.
- You can log out, change your password or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
5. Coins and levels
- Coins and levels are virtual and exist for fun. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services.
- Credits shown inside a game are separate from your account coins and also have no value.
- We may adjust how coins, top-ups and levels work, and correct balances that are wrong because of an error.
- Coins and levels end when your account is closed.
6. Fair use
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or automation to play, collect coins or create accounts;
- try to access other people's accounts, our servers or any non-public part of the Service;
- disrupt, overload or probe the security of the Service;
- copy, alter, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games or content;
- send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through our forms.
7. Ownership
The games, artwork, text, logos and software on the Service belong to Silica24 or to the people who license them to us. You may use them only to play here, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
8. Availability
We aim to keep things running smoothly but can't promise the Service will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change, pause or retire games and features, and carry out maintenance at any time.
9. Breaks and closures
Ask Player Care or use the contact form at any time to pause, limit or close your account. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if we suspect misuse, or if we think continued play may not be good for you.
10. Liability
The Service is free and provided "as is". Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost data, coins or levels. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Updates
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and we'll flag important changes on the site. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
12. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
