About us
UK Game Charts is an editorial website at silica24.com/top-games/ and is responsible for the personal data described here. Reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply.
- Server logs: standard technical logs kept by our host for security.
- Browser storage: your cookie choice, saved on your own device.
We don't ask you to create a profile, we never take payments and we never sell personal data.
Why we use it
We answer messages and keep security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site and replying to enquiries.
Who sees it
Messages reach our inbox through our email delivery provider (Brevo); our hosting provider runs the server. Neither may use your data for anything else.
Links to other sites
"Visit site" buttons open each game's official website, which has its own privacy policy that we don't control.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after a conversation ends.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
